It’s with great pride that we offer a nationwide service, covering all four corners and everywhere else within mainland Great Britain. Based in Meriden, Coventry (the true centre of England), we have access to incredible transport links, and often find ourselves operating in places such as Coventry, Birmingham, Leicestershire, Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth, Liverpool, Manchester, London, Cardiff, Swansea and their surrounding areas.

At Precious Events, we’re proud to boast our commitment to accessible event catering, and by this, we mean food that everyone can eat, no matter their beliefs, lifestyle choices, intolerances, allergies, or any other dietary requirement, and to make it even better, we provide this at no extra cost, meaning you won’t have to adjust the majority, to suit the minority (not that they mean anything less!). Accessible Catering commonly refers to, but is not limited to, food of Halal, Kosher, Vegan, Vegetarian, Lactose Free, and Gluten Free nature.

Do you Hold the Relevant Insurances and Legal Documentation?

Health & Safety is a top priority for us, as we understand it is for you, especially those operating on behalf of a corporate company. That’s why we’ve not only taken. the necessary, but also extra precautionary measures to ensure a safe service. This includes but is not limited to: Public & Employers Liability Insurance of £10 Million, COSHH, LPG Gas Safety Certificates, General & Fire Risk Assessments, PAT Testing, FSA Food Hygiene Inspections, Food Hygiene & Allergen Certifications for staff members and even DBS Certificates, all of which can be provided upon request, if not upon booking. We’re also proud members of NCASS, the national catering association.

What is the Largest No. of Guests you can Cater for?

How many Guests we can Cater for:

The sky is the limit, or at least that’s what we like to say internally. The largest number we’ve catered for in a single day currently sits at 10,000 Guests, all catered for by our incredible in-house team, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. With this in mind, it’s unlikely that you’ll have more guests than we’ve handled before, but in the event that you do, don’t hesitate to reach out. We love a new challenge!

The short answer is any event in which you (the client) deem us suitable for, but to expand on this, we commonly find ourselves catering to; Weddings, Birthday Parties, Corporate Lunches, Festival Style Events, Corporate Family Fun Days, Garden Parties, Awards Evenings, Christmas Parties, Product Launch Events, Team-Building Days and more!

If your event type isn’t listed above? Don’t worry, the likelihood is that we’ll still cover it. For those events in which you would like us to trade and take payment from attendees, a guaranteed sale of portions is required, which will be based on the event details provided.
