Floating Canopies, Side Walls & Colour Schemes
We understand that every event is unique, and with that comes the need for different specifications and themes. That’s exactly why we’ve taken additional steps to ensure we can meet your needs and wants.
Floating Canopies: Floating Canopies are the ‘Standard’ formation for all of our stretch tents unless specified otherwise. This provides an open-sided marquee, which are often seen at events across the UK. Perfect for spring and summer-time events, but also fitting for autumn and winter-time events with Heat Lamps and Patio Heaters employed.
Side Walls: Utilising the Stretch Tents fabric, we can form a number of side-walls at a variety of heights, meaning you can make the most of your marquee, whatever the weather conditions or time of year. Be sure to let us know ahead of time, as this will affect the floor space of the Stretch Tent.
Canopy Colour Schemes: Boasting a variety of different coloured canopy covers, we guarantee a stretch tent that fits your theme. Whether it’s wedding white, midnight black, natural sand, or even custom-made branded prints, we’ve got you covered!

Can Stretch Tents be Installed on Grass or Hard Surfaces?
Where and How we Install our Stretch Tents:
Our Stretch Tents can be installed on both Grassed and Hardstanding surfaces. Unfortunately, we can’t erect our tents on Astroturf surfaces. For Hardstanding surfaces, we will employ concrete balast blocks to ensure a safe service, which may come at an additional cost. For Grassed Surfaces, your tent will be erected using professional rigging and ground stakes. This can require a ground scan to detect any underground objects, which may come at an additional cost.

Do you hold the Relevant Insurances and Legal Documentation?
Insurances and Legal Documentation that we can Provide:
Health & Safety is a top priority for us, as we understand it is for you, especially those operating on behalf of a corporate organisation. That’s why we’ve not only taken. the necessary, but also extra precautionary measures to ensure a safe service. This includes but is not limited to: Public & Employers Liability Insurance of £10 Million, General & Fire Risk Assessments and PAT Testing, all of which can be provided upon request, if not upon booking. We also boast stretch tent hire that adheres to both EN5912 and BS 7837:1996 specifications for flammability.

Are your Stretch Tents Waterproof and Weather Resistant?
Using our Stretch Tents in Adverse Weather Conditions:
Ensuring your event can continue no matter the weather is a top priority for us. That’s why we invested in the best! Providing a 100% waterproof experience and functional in winds up to 47mph, you and your guests can party uninterrupted. To ensure this, we employ a variety of fastening methods, including professional rigging, ground stakes, concrete ballast weights and storm straps.
