As a stand-alone booking, our Ice Cream trike hire is limited to the West Midlands and surrounding areas, unless part of a larger hire or event, in which case you should contact us to discuss. Health & Safety is a top priority for us, as we understand it is for you, especially those operating on behalf of a corporate company. That’s why we’ve not only taken. the necessary, but also extra precautionary measures to ensure a safe service. This includes but is not limited to: Public & Employers Liability Insurance of £10 Million, General & Fire Risk Assessments, PAT Testing, FSA Food Hygiene Inspections, Food Hygiene & Allergen Certifications for staff members, all of which can be provided upon request, if not upon booking.

The Number of Guests we can Cater for:
Our typical serving window is roughly 2 hours long; during this time, we can serve between 250 – 300 Guests. For larger events, provisions such as additional staffing and additional storage can be arranged to allow a swift and smooth service that fits your allotted timeframe.

For those events in which you would like us to trade and take payment from attendees, a guaranteed sale of portions is required, which will be based on the event details provided.
