Guest Capacity:

We plan festival-style events of all sizes. Whether it’s intimate gatherings and private celebrations, or large-scale festivals and public events. From 50 guests, 500 guests, or a full festival experience with thousands of attendees, we build the infrastructure, staffing and logistics around your numbers.
We’ve previously delivered events for over 15,000 guests, so we’re fully equipped to manage large audiences, multiple suppliers, staging, security, welfare and crowd flow safely and professionally

Festival-Style Event Planning, to your Budget:

Costs vary depending on guest numbers, land hire, tents, catering, entertainment, power, toilets and staffing, to name a few. Small private events can start from a few thousand pounds, while larger, fully-built festival experiences with bars, stages, lighting and multiple suppliers can range into tens of thousands.
We’ll create a bespoke quote based on your vision, guest numbers and budget, so you only pay for what you actually need.

A Complete Event Planning Service:

Yes, our team handle planning, suppliers, stretch tents and marquees, lighting, décor, catering, toilets, bars, power, entertainment, events staffing and everything else behind the scenes that makes a successful event, right until the end. You choose how hands-on or hands-off you want to be!

Insurances and Legal Documentation that we can Provide:

Health & Safety is a top priority for us, as we understand it is for you, especially those operating on behalf of a corporate company. That’s why we’ve not only taken. the necessary, but also extra precautionary measures to ensure a safe service. This includes but is not limited to: Public & Employers Liability Insurance of £10 Million, General & Fire Risk Assessments, PAT Testing, FSA Food Hygiene Inspections, Food Hygiene, Allergen Qualification and even DBS certificates for staff members, all of which can be provided upon request, if not upon booking.

Licenses and Event Notices:

If you’re having alcohol sales, amplified music, late-night entertainment or large guest numbers, you may need a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) or specific permits. We will discuss and can apply for these on your behalf should you proceed with our festival-style event planning services.
