A Complete, stress-free service:

Yes. We can handle concept design, décor, catering, entertainment, lighting, sound, furniture, staffing, suppliers and logistics, right through to pack-down. You choose whether you want full planning or just support with certain elements.

Wherever you are, we'll be there:

Absolutely. We regularly design and manage private home and garden events of all sizes. Our team can fully transform the space with marquees or stretch tents, flooring, furniture, décor, lighting, bars, catering and entertainment.

We’ll carry out a site assessment to understand access, power, lighting, facilities and safety requirements, then build a layout that works beautifully within the available space. Whether it’s a small intimate party or a large celebration, we handle everything – including delivery, setup, staffing and clear-down – so you don’t have to worry about logistics or disruption to your home.

If you’re unsure whether your space is suitable, we’re happy to arrange a site visit and advise on what’s possible.

Insurances and Legal Documentation that we can Provide:

Health & Safety is a top priority for us. That’s why we’ve not only taken the necessary steps, but also extra precautionary measures to ensure a safe service. This includes but is not limited to: Public & Employers Liability Insurance of £10 Million, General & Fire Risk Assessments, PAT Testing, FSA Food Hygiene Inspections, Food Hygiene & Allergen Certifications for staff members, all of which can be provided upon request, if not upon booking.

Secure your Date in Advance:

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons such as summer weekends and Christmas, when dates fill quickly. Many clients reserve their event several months in advance to secure the best availability for equipment, catering and entertainment.

However, we understand plans don’t always come with lots of notice. We can often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on stock and staff availability, so it’s always worth asking, even if your event is just around the corner.

The short answer is any event in which you (the client) deem us suitable for, but to expand on this, we commonly find ourselves catering to; Weddings, Birthday Parties, Corporate Lunches, Festival Style Events, Corporate Family Fun Days, Garden Parties, Awards Evenings, Christmas Parties, Product Launch Events, Team-Building Days and more!

If your event type isn’t listed above? Don’t worry, the likelihood is that we’ll still cover it. For those events in which you would like us to trade and take payment from attendees, a guaranteed sale of portions is required, which will be based on the event details provided.
