How to Book Face Painting
Our Face painters are available to hire on an hourly basis, for a minimum period of 2 hours at £65 + VAT per Hour.

Which Areas do you Cover?
Areas that we Cover:
As a stand-alone booking, our Face Painting is limited to the West Midlands and surrounding areas, unless part of a larger booking or event, in which case you should contact us to discuss. This includes but is not limited to: Coventry, Birmingham, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Solihull, Lichfield, Nuneaton, Bedworth and more.

Is the Face Paint Safe for Children?
How we Ensure Safety:
Yes. We only use professional, cosmetic-grade face paints that are skin-safe, non-toxic and suitable for sensitive skin. All products are non-allergenic and comply with UK/EU regulations such as (EC) No 1223/2009, making them suitable for not only children, but adults as well.
How many Faces can you Paint in an Hour?
Timings and Capacity:
As a guide, our face painters can paint roughly 10 faces P/ hour, with the average face paint taking 6 minutes, although this can vary with transfer tattoos, jewels and intricate designs. For larger events, we can supply teams of face painters, who can also be employed in various areas of your event to keep queues short.Â

Are your Face Painters Insured and DBS Checked?
DBS Checks and Liability Insurance:
Yes, all of our artists have verified DBS checks, and are covered by our £10 Million Public and Employers’ Liability Insurance. We can also provide risk assessments upon request. Please reach out to our team via the enquiry form below or our contact page to discuss any queries or concerns.
Do you need a Table and Chairs at the Venue?
How we Set Up:
If the venue doesn’t provide them, we can bring our own. This is something our team will discuss with you upon completion of your booking, and it comes at no extra cost should we supply. All we need is a well-lit area with enough space for a small queue.Â
What Age is Face Painting Suitable for?
Suitability Based on Age:
Generally, 3 years and older, but you know your child better than we do, so you have the final say! For younger children or babies, we can offer a small hand/arm paint, glitter, or transfer tattoos instead, as their skin can be too delicate for full face designs.
