What space do I need to allow for the Bouncy Castle?
Space and Suitability for Bouncy Castles:
Not every venue is fit for our inflatables, and to avoid disappointment, we need to make sure we can erect the inflatable without any hiccups. To ensure there are no issues, we kindly ask that you check the dimensions of your chosen inflatable with your venue. We also need you to check the ground conditions as some inflatables can only be used on soft ground.

Who supervises the Bouncy Castle during the event?
Bouncy Castle Supervision:
The hirer (you or a responsible adult) is required to provide supervision throughout use of the castle so that the rules are followed (no shoes, no rough jumping, appropriate numbers inside at once etc). If you’d like us to provide a trained attendant, we can arrange this for an additional fee.
What Power or other Site Requirements are needed?
Power and Site Requirements:
A standard power supply is required for the blower (usually a 13 amp socket). If your venue is remote or power isn’t immediately available, we can discuss options with you. We’ll also need clear access to deliver the bouncy castle and place it in position safely.

Health & Safety is a top priority for us – that’s why we’ve not only taken the necessary, but also extra precautionary measures to ensure a safe service.
At Precious Events, all of our bouncy castle hire and appliances are PiPA and PAT tested in line with the national standards to meet the HSE Standard EN14960:2013, making them eligible to be hired legally and safely. Testing report is available upon request.
Our client’s safety is of the utmost importance to us. To ensure this, all of our services are covered by our public liability insurance, meaning that we have you covered should there be an unforeseen incident. Futhermore, every member of our team holds a verified DBS certificate, demonstrating our commitment to providing a safe and professional service.

Where are you based & where do you deliver to?

Based in Meriden, Coventry – the true centre of England – we’re perfectly positioned with excellent transport links.
When hiring an Inflatable, Bouncy Castle or Soft Play from Precious Events, you’ll be greeted by a 1-2 person team. We recommend a minimum of 30 minutes either side of your booking to set up and break-down the equipment. We also need you to make sure there aren’t any parking restrictions at your venue, or if there are, please notify us in due course so we can carry out checks prior to arrival.
